Refunds & Replacement

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, send us an e-mail at info@fyiplanet.com for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.

- Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
- Bad quality: blurry image/print. 
- Exceeded shipping time: If you do not receive the order within the timeframe.
- Damage during shipment.


What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us necessary informations:
1. Your order/invoice ID
2. In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email info@fyiplanet.com

Please Note:
We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and
your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

When will my items be shipped?
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below. 
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

  1. The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method ("days" here is "business days")

    I never received my package, what should I do?
    Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. 
    For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
    For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

    How much is shipping?
    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. 
    Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

    International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Canvas orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. Custom orders are the only products on the site that are FINAL SALE items. 

To return your merchandise, please email:  info@fyiplanet.com  for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund.  We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production.  Please review our RETURN POLICY.

CHANGE MY ORDER

You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact  info@fyiplanet.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.  We will confirm your changes have been made.

DAMAGED ART

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@fyiplanet.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
  4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.
