Refunds & Replacement

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, send us an e-mail at or reach us on Facebook Messenger with Messenger Button right down the bottom right of page for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.

1. Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
2. Bad quality: blurry image/print. 
3. Exceeded shipping time: If you do not receive the order within the timeframe.
4. Damage during shipment.

What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us necessary information

2. In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email or message us on Facebook Messenger with Messenger Button right down the bottom right of page. 


We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).

2. Item tracking information showing “returned to sender” because customers did not collect per instruction through emails or instruction of post office notice => Either 50% refund or Discount 50% for replacement order (please email for further instructions).

We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.


Since our products are printed on demand and every order is custom made, We do not accept return if the order was not damaged during shipment or defected in production.

Cancel Policies

We can only accept cancel request which comes with a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Customer sending cancel request through emails to or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours after order placement point of time.
- Order having been paused by the production team and customer support team having contacted customers to notify customers for further discussion and decision on order details (including adjustments on order information, the ordered item design and whether to keep or cancel your order). This means that in such case we will contact you first.

 Expedited Shipping Service is only available for the Canvas Art Wall Decor orders within the US at additional cost of $49.95, except for Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii and Northern Mariana Islands.

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. 
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.

When will my order be shipped?

What is your returns policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you.

Cancel Policy

Damaged Order

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

    1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
    2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@fyiplanet.comPlease include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.

You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.

Which carriers are picked depend on their performance during the time, normally we will send your orders with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Yun Express, etc.
